At the heart of C.A.T.F.I.S.H. there is a core engine built on top of the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain framework that utilizes smart contracts to provide detailed digital asset and account modeling, fine grain access control (certificate based), a robust transaction settlement engine and an Open API to provide integration with third party applications. The core engine is highly customizable and can be tailored to meet the requirements of a specific business use case.
